Co-Founder & CEO

Patrick is in charge of the day-to-day running of Spectrum Designs Foundation. He holds a Masters in Special Education, with a concentration in Behavior Analysis through CW POST. A natural leader and innovator, he spends most of his time securing future
growth and relationships for the betterment and expansion of all of our social enterprises.

Patrick brings an enormous skillset that spans many disciplines, as well as over 6 years of experience working with teens and young adults with autism. Outside of his work at Spectrum Designs, Patrick is a member of both the internationally
renowned NationSwell Council and the invite-only Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC).

Patrick also oversees the running of all Spectrum’s enterprises; Spectrum Bakes, Spectrum Suds and Spectrum Grows and serves on the board of the Nicholas Center.

Tim Howe

Tim Howe

Chief Operating Officer

Tim is the second in command here at Spectrum. Tim and Patrick have known each other for twenty years and form a formidable team to manage all of Spectrum’s Enterprises.

Tim sits on the Board of Governors for the National Association of Non-Profit Organizations and Executives, and graduated from King’s College London Law School before studying a Master’s in Public Administration, with a focus in Non-Profit Management through LIU Post. Bringing experience from working all over the world in many different sectors, Tim’s role is to oversee and advise the Heads of Department as well as manage sales and business growth.

Head of Embroidery and DTG Alex has been the cornerstone of our Production effort since day one of Spectrum Designs Foundation. An expert in Direct-to-garment and Embroidery; Alex has 25 years’ experience in the garment Industry. A quiet and patient man with a tireless work ethic, we simply wouldn’t be where we are today without him.

Oscar Frias

Head of Screen Printing Oscar is our Screen Printing Expert and knows all there is to know about the process. Having such a professional with a passionate commitment to achieving the best on-shirt results helps keep the quality of our work as high as it can be. Oscar is a natural teacher whose calm and chilled-out demeanor always puts our participants and staff at ease.

Even Kuhlmey

Evan Kuhlmey

Screen Printing When visitors come and tour the shop, Evan is normally the first person they see, always running our biggest machines at full capacity. He is the ultimate professional – highly
skilled, precise and totally tireless. Known for his incredibly detailed drawings of processes around the shop, (Evan studied Fine Art at LIU Post), in his spare he focuses his talent creating original art pieces on photoshop, ink on canvas or even simply sketching.

Brian Strauss

Brian Strauss

Operations Manager of Spectrum Designs is a well-oiled machine. Brian is the cog right at the heart driving all the moving parts! With 10 years of experience in Logistics and 5 years
Screen Printing experience, Brian brings an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise with him. We were incredibly lucky to secure Brian as part of the team, especially considering he went to High School up in Canada! When not running around the shop doing any job that needs to be done, Brian is a big sports fan and loves playing video games.

Ron DeMeo

Ron DeMeo

Decoration Assistant after finishing at St Mary’s High School locally in Manhasset, Ron studied Fine Arts at The New School for Design at Parsons. Ron is a quiet, hard-working artist with incredible
patience and talent. He has a storied reputation of staying in the office late into the night tinkering to make sure an order is perfect, and even working weekends to get a head start on designs for his customers.

Drew Roselle

Drew Roselle

Art Director and high school hall of fame football star, Drew studied Graphic and Information design at CCSU. He has one of the keenest eyes in the business when it comes to logo design and strives for perfection in even the smallest detail. Drew has a reputation for taking an idea and running with it – sometimes to the point of inspiring entire re-brands for organizations
with his fresh and exciting ideas.

Alex B, Josh, and Jeremy D

Senior Production Assistants These are our three most experienced production assistants and can be found doing almost any job in the shop. Josh helps keep the DTG and Embroidery Departments running effectively, Jeremy is an expert in pretty much anything screen printing, and Alex we call our ‘backroom magician’ – helping expose and emulsify screens.

Brian Strauss

Mackenzie Jameson

Administrative Assistant Mackenzie is our senior Administrative Assistant, and runs all of our fulfillment contracts as well as administrating our webstore sales. She is currently studying
for her Master’s in Social work at Adelphi, and already holds both a BA in Fashion Merchandise Management from The Fashion Institute of Technology AND a BA in Psychology from Queens College. Mackenzie (Mackers!) always
has a smile on her face, and no job or task is ever too big or too difficult. Her can-do attitude and incredible organizational skills keep everything (and everyone!) happy and efficient.

Mia Dibra

Mia Dibra

Mia is currently Majoring in Business at Mercy College with a specialization in marketing. Responsible for helping with fulfillment and shipping as well as social media marketing and managing our online presence.
Mia is positive and easy-going yet meticulous, and when not at Spectrum or school she enjoys writing, yoga, and days at the beach.

Margaret Pegno

Margaret Pegno

Graphic Designer, Margaret is the newest member of our team. Margaret was an incredible intern at Spectrum in the Summer of 2016 and was a natural addition to the Spectrum family, her talent and passion made her perfect for sales & customer service after graduation. A local Manhasset girl and championship winning swimmer, Margaret studied Global Communications and Media Studies at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island.
