A specialist in marketing & communications, strategic planning, event production, public relations and fundraising, Lee Anne brings over 25 years of a vast and varied career to “tell the story of Spectrum Designs” by raising awareness, building interest and driving action.
Her career spans both the corporate and not-for-profit worlds in the Arts, healthcare, education, social services, politics and the environment. Highlights – a presidential inaugural, an international film festival, a Hollywood film premiere, a televised fashion show/AIDS benefit and a world hunger banquet. She has raised $1M for the American Cancer Society, produced John Batiste and Stay Human Band in the schools, helped raise $2M to revitalize a public library and launched myriad retail ventures.
Lee Anne was graduated from St. John’s University in NY with a B.A. in English Literature and studied marketing communications at U.C.L.A. in Los Angeles, CA
She founded and was principal of Eventmakr, a marketing communications firm. A dedicated community advocate, Lee Anne serves on the Boards of the Center for Peaceful Solutions and the Mission Board at St. Peter of Alcantara, and is a member of Non-profit Port Washington, Port Washington Crisis Relief Team and Women’s Opportunity Rehabilitation Center. A 3rd generation Port Washingtonian (and, raising a 4th), Lee Anne is honored to bring her talents to the important mission that is Spectrum Designs, right in her hometown!
