Spectrum Designs, is an innovative program that was developed by The Nicholas Center for Autism (NCFA), a life-skills center dedicated to fostering skills that lead to fuller, more independent lives.
All of the employees who work in Spectrum's supported work setting must have a contract with The Nicholas Center for Autism for job coaching, job training , job exploration , job development and or staff training.
1. We work directly with school districts to provide these services
2. We work with indivdiuals with CSS/Self Determination plans
3. We work with private paying clients
The mission of NCFA is to improve the lives of young men and women with autism and similar developmental disabilities, through the development of innovative programs which enhance their well being, autonomy and general quality of life. If you are interested in participating in our Employment Program, you must be affiliated through the Nicholas Center for Autism.
